With summer reading in full swing, I haven't really been keeping up to date. I'm sorry! ;_; I'll try to get more updates in.
Mainly in the tech department I learned about external hard drives...by experiencing it. Basically, I finally got my external hard drive with a 160 Gigs on it. I plan to back up certain files on my computer (I usually don't worry about the windows files because if it crashes, well, I'll upgrade to the next system anyway). Well, I plugged it into the hub, it worked, then stopped. I panicked, talked to The Philosopher Musician and I tried again but plugging it into the computer. It worked.
My brother added two days later "DUH, you can't plug your hard drive into the hub. It just doesn't work." Apparnetly, if it comes with a power supply you can. If it doesn't, like my little Passport, it can't.
That was last week's lesson learned.
